Activities:
Industrial visits:
- Students of part 2 visited Kharkai water treatment plant
- Students of part 3 visited DIMNA
- Students of part 2 visited Mango water treatment plant
Industrial Training:
- Students attended Sudha Dairy from 26th to 2nd April
- Students of part 3 successfully completed 1st phase of their research on recycling of Solar Panels.
Workshop:
- Whole department participated in KabadUtsav, a workshop organized by Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) ON 7th and 8th of Feb 2018
- Six students participated in Training the trainees programme on e-waste destruction on 27th and 28th of Feb organized by and in CSIR-NML . Two students Abhilasha bagged first prize and Himanshu bagged 2nd prize.
- Dr. T. Mishra, Principal Scientist, CSIR-NML as a guest speaker on “Water Pollution in Jhrkhand and its mitigation measures.”
- Students of part 3 volunteered the JUSCO project “Aquaponics Future of Farming” at flower show from 23rd to 25th Dec.
